The Yoga Burn Setup
There are 3 workouts in each of the 3 phases. This gives 9 videos (plus bonuses). Each workout is 15 minutes long but plays on loop 3 times for a total of 45 minutes. Each phase should last 4 weeks. I think that Zoe targets mostly women in her program. (Majority of her content is directed toward women) Which isn't obviously a bad thing BUT....
